We have our famous, and Hobart's original, Meat on a Stick! Large portions of meat marinated in a combination of rubs, spices and, generally, alcohol of some sort.
We can arrange Spit Roasts with any flavour of succulent meat.
Smokey truffled brisket burgers are a favourite and our cheesey truffled garlic bread is a winner!
